Dr. Duy Nguyen, D.O.
Medical DirectorDr. Duy Nguyen, D.O. is a Board Certified Psychiatrist in General Psychiatry and Addiction Medicine.
Patrick Casey
ARNPPatrick began his medical career working as a registered nurse in emergency departments and trauma centers in 2008. After 7 years of seeing first hand the devastation of addiction (overdoses, suicide attempts, traumatic motor vehicle accidents), he transitioned to working in substance abuse.
Joel Wishnia
Chief Operating OfficerJoel Wishnia has worked in the treatment field since 2016. Joel grew up in South Florida and returned in 2016, after his own personal struggles with alcoholism and addiction. He is dedicated to helping others find a new way of life.
Amanda Timonere, LMHC, NCC, CCMHC, MCAP
Chief Clinical OfficerAmanda Timonere has served in the field of Addictions and Mental Health since 2010. Originally from New Rochelle, New York, she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in Forensic Psychology with a minor in Counseling from John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York City.

Chief Marketing OfficerAlex Costa, a Massachusetts native, is a person in long-term recovery from Addiction and Alcoholism. After coming to Florida in 2012 to change his life, Alex spent the first years of his professional career in the business world, working for some of the country’s leading Software Technology companies.
Liam McElwee
Chief Revenue OfficerLiam McElwee is the Chief Revenue Officer at Allure Detox. Liam has been with Allure Detox since they have opened in December of 2016. Liam has extensive knowledge within the treatment field and in working with people.
David Goloski
National Director of Alumni & Family ServicesDavid joined the team here at RBHN to bring aboard his expertise of engagement and structure within alumni programming. RBHN is passionate about the alumni services they provide to their clients and share many of the same visions and goals that David does.

She now uses her personal and professional experiences to guide families through their loved one’s recovery process.

Director of OperationsKimberly Arroyo grew up in Long Island New York and moved to South Florida in 1997. She Struggled with her own addictions for many years. After getting sober, she decided to work in the treatment field where she found her passion helping others to achieve sobriety.

Continuity of Care CoordinatorSean is a proud alumnus of Loyola Marymount University, where he cultivated a foundation for his commitment to the well-being of individuals. Having worked in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field since 2017, he is dedicated to advocating for the clients in his caseload and ensuring precise and practical aftercare coordination.

Director of AdmissionsChelsea has worked in the recovery field since 2014 and she aspires to help people find the same quality of care that she received when she first sought help. Her passion is to create an admissions process for the individual and their loved ones that is seamless and as efficient as possible.
Jackie Lewin
Director of Business DevelopmentJaclyn “Jackie” Lewin was born and raised in Lawrenceville, New Jersey. Jackie got her start in the treatment industry in 2010 working at detox facility in Belle Mead, New Jersey as behavioral health technician. She continued with that position for 4 years. Later, Jackie assisted in opening a treatment facility in Yardley, Pennsylvania and became a counselor at that facility. Jackie began her career with RBHN, at Garden State Treatment Center in Sparta New Jersey. Shortly after, she relocated to South Florida to begin her role as community outreach for RBHN.

Originally from just outside Philadelphia, Brien attended The Art Institute of Philadelphia where he studied Graphic Design before realizing that he wanted to make a more meaningful impact on people's lives.
